6.0L 6.2L Mechanical Throttle LS1 Stand Alone Engine Wiring Harness

This harness is designed to be a complete stand-alone engine wiring harness with all brand new wiring and connectors to suit any model vehicle with an LS1 PCM and supports any mechanical automatic transmission, any manual gearbox and both factory 4L60E & 4L80E Transmission.
It is designed for a D.I.Y application, which also comes with its own instruction booklet to assist you in completing your conversion. Avoid broken wires and connectors with your second hand harness.
**PLEASE NOTE**
This harness is ONLY if you have an L76, L77, L98 or LS3 (6.0L-6.2) engine that is setup without DBW (electrical throttle) and it has been replaced with a mechanical throttle body. The only way to make your engine run this way is to use an LS1 PCM, which was the only computer to be able to control a mechanical throttle body. This wiring harness includes everything that is needed to make the LS1 computer run without needing to buy external wiring adapters or extensions. Everything is incorporated in the harness which makes for a neater finish and less complications.
Lingenfelter Module
The TRG-002 Lingenfelter Conversion module is needed for this conversion if you have not changed the reluctor wheel on the rear of the crankshaft. The factory 6.0L – 6.2L has a 58tooth reluctor wheel, where the 5.7L LS1 has a 24tooth reluctor wheel. The TRG-002 tricks the computer to think it now has a 24 tooth reluctor wheel, without having to change it from your engine.
Lingenfelter Module Wiring Upgrade (Plug & Play)
The TRG-002 is designed originally to be plugged into the crank sensor and the cam sensor, then mounting it wherever the harness ends in the engine bay, then needing to power and ground it. This wiring upgrade we offer we integrate it into the harness you are purchasing as a plug and play setup and fits neatly under the dashboard away from the engine bay heat and any water. You won’t have to do any wiring at all with this upgrade.

The stand-alone engine harness is finished in standard black harness tape to suit conversions that don't require a detailed show finish and prefer a standard finish. For conversions that require a show finish harness, the upgraded show package includes an overall harness modification to the lengths of each component of the engine bay, allowing you to run the harness much neater then factory to create a more hidden wiring look on your engine, and comes with a complete wrap of a stylish cloth tape of the complete engine harness which is also liquid resistant. (oil/fuel/water)

A/C Wiring
This harness has air conditioning setup already wired ready to use as per the factory LS1 setup. It comes with a/c compressor wiring, factory LS1 pressure switch wiring, PCM pre-wired, a/c relay and fuse with a dash switch activation wire ready to go.

Regular price $590.00 Save $-590.00The Lingenfelter TRG-002 module allows Gen IV GM V8 engines with the 58x crankshaft trigger or reluctor wheel and the 4x camshaft timing gear to be installed in earlier vehicles designed to accept the 24x crankshaft trigger wheel and the 1x camshaft trigger wheel without having to take the engine apart to change the cam timing gear or the crankshaft reluctor wheel.
The Lingenfelter TRG-002 is a plug-and-play design that connects directly to your existing wiring harness and to the factory engine sensors and has its own power source harness. Some early Gen IV V8 engine equipped vehicles that will need a camshaft sensor extension harness.
